• Pre-Purchase Device Verification: Thinking of buying a new or second-hand laptop? We verify specs, recommend fit-for-purpose machines, and offer a formal recommendation based on your use case — whether for casual use, school, design, or development. Includes a basic report and optional Club Laptop quote. Service fee: R150.00.
• Data Transfer & Secure Wipe: We transfer your data securely to a new machine or external storage. Need to donate or resell your old device? We'll perform a full secure wipe using international data destruction standards.
• Remote Support Sessions: Fast, flexible remote support for common tech issues, installations, and diagnostics. Safe, encrypted, and ideal for clients outside Pretoria or unable to visit us physically.
