- By accessing or using the services and products of Club Laptop (PTY) LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
- We provide laptop repairs, upgrades, data recovery, refurbished sales, and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
3. Warranty and Liability
- Repairs carry a 3-month limited warranty on workmanship and parts unless stated otherwise.
- Refurbished products carry a 3-month hardware warranty unless otherwise specified.
- We are not liable for data loss. Back up before sending your device.
- We are not responsible for delays due to part availability or third-party logistics.
4. Payments and Pricing
- Prices are in ZAR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due before collection or delivery.
- Accepted methods: EFT, cash, or as agreed.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns on refurbished products within 7 days if defective (not user damage).
- No refunds on completed repairs except for proven workmanship faults.
6. Pick-Up and Delivery
- Pick-up and delivery are offered for convenience. Club Laptop is not liable for courier damage or loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Laptop and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is confidential and used only for service purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
