What is your average turnaround time (TAT)?
We usually complete repairs within 1–3 working days. Delays may occur due to part availability or if customer quote approval is delayed.
What if my parts are delayed?
If parts are delayed beyond normal TAT, we keep you updated and may offer a loan laptop (subject to availability) to reduce your downtime.
Do I pay anything upfront?
Initial assessments are usually free. However, once a quote is approved, a deposit may be required before parts are ordered or work continues.
Can I track my repair?
Yes. Once you have a Job Card (CLRN-XXXX...), you may contact us anytime for updates. WhatsApp, email, or SMS updates may also be sent as your repair progresses.
What happens if my device can’t be repaired?
We’ll return your unit with a full explanation and may offer a suitable refurbished replacement at a discounted price. You’ll never be charged unfairly.
Do you offer onsite service?
Yes. We serve most areas in and around Pretoria. Basic call-out fee may apply, and if the repair is complex, we’ll collect and return the unit.
What if I need urgent service?
We do offer priority bookings. WhatsApp us directly to request express assessment. Subject to availability and technician schedule.

Absolutely. We stock high-quality refurbished laptops and monitors at affordable rates. Each unit is tested and backed by a limited warranty.
